Registration

We ask everyone to register for the EPS-HEP2023 conference if you want to attend any of the sessions. Remote access to sessions will be possible using a key given to registered participants only. For remote participation, the registration fee will be significantly reduced.

IMPORTANT: the registration and abstract submission are done via the Indico webpage.

Registration dates

• Registration starts: February 1, 2023
• End of early registration (reduced fee): extended to June 26, 2023 (for speakers to July 7) - CLOSED
• End of late registration (standard fee): August 1, 2023 - CLOSED
• The conference starts: August 21, 2023

Abstract submission dates

• Abstract submission starts: March 8, 2023
• Abstract submission ends: June 2, 2023 - CLOSED
• Acceptance notification: June 20, 2023

Fee

• Standard registration fee: 550 EUR
• Reduced registration fee: 300 EUR
• Standard online registration fee: 175 EUR
• Reduced online registration fee: 100 EUR
• On-site registration: 600.00 EUR

The reduced fee is available to students (undergraduate and graduate).
